The International Desk - level 1 is an organization for international support and assistance in relation to corporate clients within all member banks of Erste Group, with uniform activities. Level 1 does not apply to AM/RM function, but to ID function (the function of the employee in the international cooperation service)
This position applies and serves as an information and service center for international corporate clients in order to achieve the following effects:
- Fast, accurate and complete information for international corporate clients;
- Active cooperation and support in establishing business cooperation and offering international products;
- In order to recognize the advantages and effects of the Erste Group for existing and future clients;
- To improve the cooperation and flow of information between the banks in the Erste Group and corporate clients;
- To achieve a visible comparative advantage for the Erste Group.
