If you are a student, our Professional Internship Program is an important step for your professional development. If you are ambitious, eager for knowledge, persistent and determined, apply for completing a professional internship in our team. This hands-on experience will help you connect your academic experience with practical work and allow you to gain an impression of the performance, work habits and comprehend the work environment. As a trainee, you will be involved in the work environment that will induce you to learn more and develop valuable skills.

The Bank provides conditions for acquiring practical knowledge in cooperation with the universities in RM.

What are the prerequisites to realize internship in our Bank?

  • To have assumed undergraduate or postgraduate studies.
  • The educational institution where you study must have signed agreement with the Bank.
  • To have a referral letter for realizing practical work.
  • Computer skills (Microsoft office).
  • To complete the Application Form.

Internship through the Employment Agency of RM

Sparkasse Bank AD Skopje, in cooperation with the Employment Agency, participates in the project Internship 1 thus enabling acquisition of 3-month practical knowledge and skills to young persons.

Application requirements:

  • Bachelors of Economics, Bachelors of Law and IT Engineers;
  • up to the age of 29;
  • without work experience;
  • without previous participation in the EAMR training or internship projects.

Scholarships

Best of South East

Best of South East Program is intended for undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctorate studies of the faculties of law and economics, and covers internship in Steiermärkische Sparkassen Bank Graz and a year of studies at the University in Graz. The Best in South East Scholarship is granted to a total of 10 students from the region of Southeast Europe (Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Montenegro, Serbia and Macedonia). The students have to be up to age of 27 and characterized by attributes such as dedication to work, developed communication skills and capacities for analytical and practical economic thinking. One of the requirements is proficient knowledge of English and good knowledge of German. This year we celebrate 10-year anniversary of the Best of South East Project commenced by Steiermärkische Sparkassen Bank in cooperation with the University in Graz, and in Macedonia it is supported by Sparkasse Bank Makedonija.

The aim of this Program is to enable talented students to further education and to gain practical experience in an international environment that will help them in their professional life.
