In our Group we value the individual. This applies to millions of clients whose individual needs we follow as well as those of our employees. Each employee in Sparkasse Bank has been selected for his/her skills, personality and attitude. We believe that honesty, creativity, a desire for work and positive attitude contribute to maintaining the vision started 200 years ago: to be the first choice of clients as a Bank.

Our mission is to be a partner bank for our clients and employees, and for this purpose we base our performance on the following values:

If the Bank in which we work is successful, we are successful as well. We communicate honestly and truly as we are focused on solutions and results.
