Information on how to submit a complaint

If you consider that any of your rights has been infringed in the business relation with the Bank, please lodge a complaint.

HOW TO SEND A COMPLAINT?

A complaint may be given verbally or in writing.  If given verbally, the Bank employees will try to provide you an appropriate reply. If you are not satisfied with the reply, the Bank employees will provide you all necessary information how to submit a complaint in writing.
