At the ATM

• Make sure that nobody stands too close to you while you are at the ATM;
• Carefully follow the requests displayed on the ATM screen;
• Cover your hand while entering the PIN code to make sure that nobody sees the numbers you are entering;
• After the transaction be sure to take your card.

At the points of sale

• Check the transaction amounts to make sure that the amount you approve by entering the PIN code and your signature is correct;
• Make sure that the seller has returned your card and the copy of the transaction receipt;
• Cover your hand while entering the PIN code to make sure that nobody sees the numbers you are entering.

In a foreign country

• Before setting off, check the expiration date of the card and make sure that you have sufficient available funds on your account;
• Please write down the phone numbers of the Department of Distribution Channels 02/3200-717, 02/3200-742 and the number of the Customer Care Center 02/3200-600, which works 24/7;
• Keep your card separate from the cash – you do not lose both in case you loss;
• Make a copy of your card and passport and keep them in a safe place;
• Please follow all safety tips when buying with your card at a point of sale and raising cash at an ATM.
