When you receive your card
- Immediately put your signature at the back of your card;
- Remember the PIN – never write it down;
- Do not disclose the PIN to anyone else.

- Keep the transaction receipts from the points of sale and raised cash at ATMs and compare them with the data of the monthly card report;
- If you notice a transaction in the monthly report that is erroneous or you cannot remember, please immediately contact the Department of Distribution Channels on the phone numbers 02/3200-717, 02/3200-742 or at the email address cards@sparkasse.mk;
