For that purpose an account is created and on that grounds the Bank immediately issues a certificate for payment of capital contribution for registration of the business entity in the commercial court.

As soon as you open a transaction account for regular business, the capital contribution assets will be transferred to the newly opened account. If the registration process is discontinued, the capital contribution will be returned on your request.

To transfer the capital contribution assets to the transaction account, it is necessary to submit an application for return /payment of the capital contribution, signed by the newly founded legal entity.
